I want to thank you, again, for the outstanding medical services that you have just provided to my father, diagnosed with Bladder Infection and other issues. Our family has experienced excellent medical services, both in Florida and up North (Pittsburgh), however we have never experienced the same level of outstanding service that you provided. You truly treated our father as though he was your own father. Your thoroughness was unsurpassed. You gave no hint, as some do, that since my father was 95 medical conditions could be expected and minimized or ignored. You treated him as a human being who may have quality years yet to live.

Not only did you share your medical expertise with us but you did so in a human and compassionate way. As busy as you are, you never gave the sense of being rushed. You always had time for any question or concerns that my father or the family had.
