Before the initial visit you need to register first then;

• Enter all medical information as needed

• Complete all the forms before you arrive to save time and spend more time with you as a patient

• Perform complete physical exams

• Initiate and order necessary labs and  diagnostic studies

• Call your pharmacist for any medications you may need or provide you with the prescriptions

• Follow up with you once we receive the lab or diagnostic results and change the medical treatment if needed

Medical Consultations: based on the above results, we will be contacting:
Emergency room if needed
Sub-specialists including Cardiologists, Electro-Physiologist, Gastroenterologists, Nephrologists or as needed
Surgeons: General Surgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Neurosurgeons, and Plastic Surgeons
Physical and rehabilitation physicians: Optimize medical management following orthopedic, neurosurgeries
Psychiatrists: if needed

Assisted living facilities and Skilled Nursing Homes: If there are no local primary care physicians for residents, we will:

• Establish medical care at your facility if they don’t have local Primary Care Physicians

• Follow-up visits on a regular basis to optimize medical management

If condition requires acute care, we will transfer to hospitals where we practice and continue to optimize their medical care
